Located at Qinbei Industrial Park, Qinyang City, Henan Province, ljdct was founded on April 8, 1995, with a registered capital of RMB 121.492 million yuan. Currently, it is the biggest fireproof decorative panel production base in China with 31 fireproof panel production lines.

ljdct has mastered the core production technology of producing body armors, ballistic helmets and ballistic shields and possesses complete high-precision sets of production equipment. Its products are mainly used by Field forces, the armed police force, the Public Security Division of the financial security and other enterprises.

ljdct has the top qualification of contracting projects of fire-prevention facilities. It has been responsible for the the fire construction of National Olympic Sports Center, Beijing Metro and other key projects.
